Complete Family Protection is a licensed insurance agency based in Lehi, Utah. We are not affiliated with any government agency, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or the federal Medicare program.

Communication and Contact Consent

By submitting a form on this website, a Facebook lead form, a landing page form, or any other contact information collection method operated by Complete Family Protection, you agree to receive communications from Complete Family Protection regarding the insurance products you inquired about. Medicare Advantage Disclosure

Complete Family Protection is a Third Party Marketing Organization (TPMO). We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 22 organizations which offer several products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

By submitting your information through any Medicare-related form, you understand that you will be contacted by a licensed insurance agent to discuss Medicare plan options. Your submission does not obligate you to enroll in any plan, and your current Medicare enrollment status will not be affected by speaking with an agent.

Medicare Supplement Insurance Disclosure

Complete Family Protection offers Medicare Supplement insurance plans from multiple carriers. Medicare Supplement insurance plans are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. The purpose of any communication regarding Medicare Supplement insurance is the solicitation of insurance. Contact will be made by a licensed insurance agent or insurance company.

Medicare Supplement insurance is available to those age 65 and older enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B and, in some states, to those under age 65 eligible for Medicare due to disability or End-Stage Renal Disease.

Medicare Supplement plans are standardized by Medicare. Benefits for each plan letter are identical regardless of which insurance company offers the plan. Premiums vary by carrier, and not all applicants will qualify for coverage. Approval is subject to underwriting and varies by carrier and state.

Life Insurance Disclosure

Complete Family Protection offers life insurance products, including Final Expense whole life insurance, through multiple carriers. The purpose of any communication regarding life insurance is the solicitation of insurance. Contact will be made by a licensed insurance agent or insurance company.

Life insurance coverage is subject to underwriting approval. Premiums, benefits, limitations, and exclusions vary by carrier, plan, and individual circumstances. Not all applicants will qualify for coverage.
